"In medical school I enjoyed every area of medicine that I studied but most of all I enjoyed building relationships with patients. Family medicine seemed to be a good fit. I loved helping patients improve their lives through health promotions. The greatest joy is when we can reduce or stop medication because a patient returns to good health. I absolutely try to make the most of each visit by trying to address all their concerns. My patients use words such as good listener, caring, thorough, relatable, and easy to talk to when describing me."

I get encouraged when people find it within themselves to make healthy changes and that my encouragement helps make a difference.
